Meet our AANI crew

It was like a scene from a movie with smoke, lights and sirens everywhere, with all of the emergency services trying to help. But it was the Air Ambulance Helicopter Emergency Medical Service team, whose swift and decisive actions literally saved Mark’s life.

I was so glad to see the medical team from the air ambulance. They worked with me in the room to make me comfortable and gave me a blood transfusion there. They explained that it would be a short flight of about 15 minutes to the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast.
